Word of Life welcomed New England Baptist College Eagles at the first home game of the season for the Huskies. The game started off going back and forth before the Huskies started taking control of the game late in the second half before taking a 12-point lead into the half. The Eagles kept fighting their way back into the game, but the Huskies ultimately pulled away and took a 66-46 victory over the Eagles.
The Huskies Player of the Game was Matthew Dembinski Scoring 11 points, 14 rebounds, and 4 blocks against the Eagles to help lead his team to victory.
The Huskies' next game is Saturday, November 19, at SUNY Adirondack at 1 PM.
